The Beauty Bank Terms

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in The Beauty Bank Loyalty Programme (“Programme”), operated by RETRA HOLDINGS LIMITED (company no. 05783393) whose registered office is at Units B & C, Orbital Forty Six, The Ridgeway Trading Estate, Iver, Buckinghamshire, England, SL0 9HW (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By joining or participating in the Programme you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy.

If you do not agree with all of these Terms, do not join or participate in the Programme.

2. Eligibility & Membership

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or over who hold an active customer account with us.
Participation is optional and requires affirmative opt‑in consent in accordance with UK data protection law (UK GDPR).
Membership is personal, non‑transferable, and limited to one account per person.
Participation is void where prohibited by law.

3. Earning Glow Coins

Members earn “Glow Coins” (“Points”) by engaging in qualifying activities as outlined on our website and within the Programme interface.
Points are earned in accordance with the structure in the Programme interface (e.g., purchases, social actions, birthday points, referrals, etc.).
VIP tier bonuses apply as specified in the Programme interface; tier status is on a rolling basis and calculated by Points earned.
Points are only earned on qualifying purchases and actions; we may exclude certain purchases, products, or refund transactions as non‑qualifying.

4. Redemption of Rewards

Members may redeem Glow Coins for rewards published in the Programme (e.g., coupons, free shipping).
Rewards are redeemed on checkout or through the Programme redemption mechanism; only one reward per order may be used.
Rewards cannot be partially redeemed; any unused balance is forfeited upon redemption.
Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Expiry of Points and Rewards

Glow Coins expire 12 months after the date they are earned.
Expiry notifications will be sent by email 30 days before Points expire as a courtesy.
Expired Points cannot be reinstated or redeemed.

6. VIP Tiers

Members progress across VIP tiers based on cumulative Points earned (e.g., Soft Glow, Glow Up, Glow Icon).
Each tier offers different benefits including point earn rates, birthday bonuses, exclusive offers, early access, and more as specified in the Programme interface.
Tier status is recalculated on an ongoing rolling basis depending on Points earned and doesn’t guarantee future tier benefits if Point levels change.

7. Member Conduct & Fraud Prevention

Members must not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or manipulative behavior to earn Points or other Programme benefits.
We may monitor activity for compliance and, at our discretion, adjust Points or rewards, suspend or terminate membership, and retain legal remedies where misuse is detected.
Points or rewards obtained through misuse may be revoked.

8. Changes, Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme or these Terms at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.
Significant changes to how Points are earned, redeemed, or how membership functions will be notified to members with sufficient time before changes take effect.
Upon termination all unredeemed Points and rewards are forfeited.

9. Data Protection & Marketing Communications

Participation in the Programme involves processing your personal data. We process this in accordance with UK GDPR and as explained in our Privacy Policy.
We may use your contact details for Programme administration and, with your consent, for marketing communications including transactional updates via Klaviyo.
You may withdraw consent or update preferences at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Consumer Rights & Legal Compliance

The Programme is subject to applicable UK consumer protection laws including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requiring clarity, fairness, and non‑misleading information regarding rewards and expiry.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Members submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve disputes.
