Referral Programme Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in The Beauty Bank Referral Programme (“Programme”), operated by RETRA HOLDINGS LIMITED (company no. 05783393), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Programme.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older with an active Technic Cosmetics account. Participation is void where prohibited by law.

3. How the Programme Works

You will receive a unique referral link. Share this with friends via email, social media, or messaging. When your friend clicks the link, enters their email, and makes a qualifying purchase using the 25% discount code, you (the advocate) will receive 500 Glow Coins once their order is fulfilled.

4. No Self-Referral

Self-referrals are prohibited. Attempting to refer yourself using multiple accounts may result in disqualification.

5. Limitations

• Only one referral reward is permitted per household.
• Referrals must be for new customers only.
• Only completed and fulfilled orders qualify.
• Referrals posted on public coupon sites are not valid.
• The referred friend must use their unique discount code.

6. Fraud Prevention and Security

We employ automated systems to monitor:
• IP address duplication
• Email similarities
• Customer account validation
• Suspicious patterns
Fraudulent or ineligible referrals may be blocked automatically.

7. Disqualification and Blocking

We may disqualify participants engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct. Reasons for blocking include:
• Similar emails or IPs
• Pre-existing customer attempts
• Advocate exclusions
• Suspicious behaviour or conduct violating these Terms

8. Referral Statuses

• Unclaimed – Referral sent but not claimed
• Pending – Claimed but no qualifying purchase
• Completed – Qualifying order placed and fulfilled
• Blocked – Flagged for fraud
• Ineligible – Doesn’t meet criteria

9. Reward Fulfilment

Referral rewards (500 Glow Coins for advocates; 25% off for friends) are:
• Granted only after the friend’s order is fulfilled
• Subject to verification periods
• Delivered via the customer dashboard or email notifications

10. Marketing and Privacy

Participants agree to our Privacy Policy. Data may be used to administer the Programme and send transactional updates via Klaviyo.

11. Programme Changes

We may amend, suspend, or terminate the Programme or these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for inaccurate information provided by participants or failure to complete referrals due to system issues or errors.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
